I was assigned to Ladies' Floor because I was traveling with my mother. Originally, I don't use the original equipment in the hotel, but as a result of using organic products, I didn't have trouble with my skin. (Shower product) I liked the spacious room for a Japanese hotel, and the air purifier, humidifier, dryer, and curling iron in the room were very good, so I didn't have to use my product separately. Also, it was a hotel where the kindness and consideration of the employees stood out. I can speak a little Japanese, but when I was stuck in the conversation, I could speak English very well. It was convenient to use a taxi and a shuttle bus. I recommend this hotel because my mother and I stayed very satisfied.

It's close to downtown Umeda. Shuttle buses travel frequently, so it's convenient to move to the central area. Even if the shuttle bus is cut off, you can walk for 5 to 7 minutes on foot. The staff is kind and basic English is available at the desk, so you can check-in and check-in and out without difficulty. The size of the room, bed, toilet, etc. are wider than normal business hotels, so we can take a more comfortable and comfortable rest, and there are convenience stores and Umeda public garden nearby, so we can travel conveniently.

I could see downtown Osaka at a glance and it was a view that I would normally see in dramas and movies. The children loved it so much and it was clean and I rested comfortably during the trip.There was a hotel shoddle bus every 15 minutes, so it was not inconvenient to go to the subway station on foot, and it took about 10 minutes to get to the subway station, so the location was fine. There was a restaurant in the subway station, but it was delicious and affordable, and it was a very satisfying trip. I liked the Umeda Sky Building right next to it and the Hep Five Ferris wheel was within walking distance. Thank you.

Kindness, comfort, comfort
The staff was kind and generally neat and elegant. The location wasn't very good. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Osaka JR station by shuttle bus (the distance is not that far, but the waiting for the traffic lights is a bit long), but it is not inconvenient because shuttle buses are often available, and there are restaurants and shops near the bus stop, so you can simply shop or fix your meal. Another advantage is that there is the Umeda Sky Building right next to it, so you can enjoy the night view of Osaka, and there is a good okonomiyaki restaurant called Kiji in the basement of the building. (But I couldn't go because of the long line.) Breakfast was great, but it costs as much as 3,000 yen, so it's hard to say that it's good for the price. Smells like cigarettes a little bit, but not in the room, but around the hotel. I can smell it when I see it. However, I think it would be comfortable to think that cigarette smell is normal because Japan has many smokers.

Both the front desk staff and concierge staff were kind. Although it was a bit far from the station, the shuttle bus ran every 15 minutes, so there was no inconvenience in sightseeing and the room was spacious and clean. I made a reservation for breakfast, but only one-person tickets were available, and I was a little dissatisfied with the fact that I should not share one breakfast ticket the next day. In the end, the quality of the breakfast buffet dropped a little, even though one more person paid for it. So the next day, breakfast tickets were finally given up. I would like to recommend you to reserve a room without breakfast and have breakfast there since there are many delicious restaurants near Osaka Station.
