Fan Pacific Yangon Hotel Review
Fabulous hotel with excellent service”
I contacted the hotel prior to my stay with some requests. I received a reply from the manager shortly afterwards and he could not be more helpful. The hotel was linked to a shopping mall and there was no need to leave the air conditioned area to go outside. Bogyoke market was opposite via a bridge. Check in was very smooth. The concierge was on the ground floor but the reception area on one of the upper floors. All luggages go through a security scanner before the lifts to the upper floors.
Nora from Reception helped my dad who is 82 with his luggage to his room even though he assured her that he could manage. Her kindness and going beyond her work duties are to be commended. Our room was kept immaculately clean by Shwe Yi. She worked quietly and unobstrusively and is always ready to assist with any request to make our stay more welcoming and comfortable. Another outstanding employee who is a great asset to Pan Pacific Yangon. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommend Pan Pacific Yangon.
Modern Elegance and outstanding service”
I had the pleasure of staying 7 days at Pan Pacific Yangon. The facilities are 5 star from the extensive breakfast buffet in the morning to the full exercise facilities with steam room and sauna, to the modern and comfortable bedrooms to the negative edge pool area. Staff and service are daunting. My mother never gave me so much attention and the concierge service was very helpful.
For all this, I thought the price and value were outstanding. While I love the old world atmosphere of the Strand Hotel, this one tops it in all categories. Plus, this hotel is part of and right next to a very modern shopping center of Junction City. I would most definitely come back.

I arranged the Pan Pacific Yangon for my boss and his wife to spend their vacation for 4 days in March 2018. I have to say a very big 'thank you' to Ms. Khin Khine Khine Myint | Cluster Director of Revenue Management who made their stay a memorable one. She gave them an excellent Club room with a fantastic view, and saw to it that they enjoyed every minute of their stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel and Ms. Khine to everyone who wants to go to Yangon !
Great view”
The Pan Pacific was a great choice of a hotel in downtown Yangon with its convenient access to Bogyoke Market and Junction City. We also had the most beautiful view of the city overlooking the river from our room. The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were really great. Only small detraction would be the room service. Our order came to the room wrong and several dishes were missing. The food that did come was cold and not accurate to the menu. Still overall it was a great stay and we would choose to stay here again.

Pan Pacific Yangon. Opened in Dec 2017, a very nice, clean hotel, conveniently located in the city centre, next to a mall and walking distance to many places of interest. Facilities at the hotel is great. They have big rooms, a pool and gym with a view, spa, sauna and steam room. Grab in Yangon is also very convenient. We grab from places to places, easy to get and usually about S$1-s$2 per trip/car.

We always enjoy any opportunity to stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Yangon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient, and the morning breakfast buffet is massive and delicious. Also the location in downtown in Yangon means that many sites and shopping outlets are within walking distance.
Exceptional location - Connected to Junction City Mall ”
I am glad I had chosen Pan Pacific Yangon as my stay in this city. The hotel is connected to Junction City Mall with many international brands and eatery. Few steps away is the famous local Bagyoke Market. The staffs were very friendly, pleasant and helpful.
The room view, hot hub and cleanliness of the room was simply awesome! I am thankful of the hotel for upgrading my room to Junior Suite. The experience was unforgettable. And lastly, the wide spread of the breakfast had given me extra pound of weight :)
Exceptional caring staff and super clean hotel”
I stayed between October 7 to 12. I would specially commend all staff at Saan Restaurant, who went the extra mile in helping my parents every morning during our stay. The house keeping staff were super friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely want to say thank you to those who took care of rooms 2119 and 2219 during that period. The receptionists and the concierge staff are always there to help.
It is definitely great people like that who make me and family come back again. Great job, Pan Pacific Yangon!
