Nice Hotel/Resort in Hua Hin”
Like others, we enjoyed our stay in InterContinental Hua Hin Resort for 2 nights and this was our 1st time visiting Hua Hin. The resort has very nice swimming pool, Jacuzzi and beach. We only got to know that this resort has extended its hotel rooms next to the Bluport Shopping mall.
The hotel breakfast was average to me as I can't find there is a section to serve vegetarian foods. The staffs are nice and we're offered a surprise with a birthday cake in the next day as it was my wife birthday. I must thank the InterContinental and we feels your warm hospitality as this was never a request/note when we decided to book this hotel to spend our time in Hua Hin. Another plus point is the resort will provide a free entrance to the 'Vana Nava Water Jungle' and my gal really enjoyed her time here.
BE WARNED”
The InterCon Hua Hin is one of my favourite resorts in Thailand, but be careful: they have recently built a new wing ACROSS THE STREET from the original resort. The room I booked (without knowing it) was actually located in the new wing, but fortunately there was construction underway and vacancies on the beach side, so the staff put us in the original "wing." NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would want to stay in one of the 40 new rooms across the street - and they aren't clearly marked as such on Agoda.
The new wing sits right atop the main road cutting through Hua Hin, beside a dull shopping mall. I'd rather stay in Bangkok. All that said, the InterCon Hua Hin on the beach side is truly fabulous: well proportioned (it never feels crowded at the pool), quiet, lush, full of beautiful palms and tropical greenery, and a constant, lovely sea breeze. I'd return to THIS resort again and again...
LOVE LOVE LOVE this resort”
InterContinental Hua Hin Resort was beyond our expectation, leaving my friend and I a beautiful memory. The resort is seperated into two parts by a street, one of them by the sea, the other by the Blueport Mall. Apparently, all the guests prefer the seaside wing, which holds huge swimming pool, beautiful outdoor dinning tables and amazing seaview. You have to get up early to get a beach chair.I love the gardening of this resort. They made an excellent maintance of these trees and grasses. I would defintly come back to this resort again.
Escape in Hua Hin from Pattaya”
Every thing was really nice. Despite a misunderstanding on my booking ( King Size bed), Hotel's staff was really reactive an proposed an alternative to make myself and my partner happy. we got a double upgrade for 2 nights with a preference for the wing pool side having all commodities very close. Breakfasts is great with a lot of choice, restaurant ThaI as well. The Spa is amazing: professional staff, really pleasant ambiance. Quentin the Food and Beverage Manager was reactive and following my stay to make sure i was happy and everything was solved. He probably was the Manager on duty for the week end. Recommendations I dare to do: The deck floor around the pool is really unstable, a check up and fixing must be done Asap . Hotel design is really nice. Just some details must be followed by the housekeeping department and maintenance. Whatever it was a really nice stay and i highly recommend InterContinental Hua Hin to anyone.

Atmosphere, staff, location, swimming pool - all things
we (i and my wife) went back to intercontinental because our plan was changed. so we book two hour before we checked in. as always staff and welcome front are kind and we got the room at second floor. things were going perfect but around 8:00 pm, i heard loud music from the restaurant then i called the operator. guess what, less than 15 minutes they told us that they really sorry of inconvenient and upgrade our room to the better one for all night here. the new room was very good - quiet and a little bigger. we slept almost all the time because the bed and pillows were very comfortable. (after we got back to our home we went to shopping mall and buy pillows like in the hotel!) swimming pools are fantastic! there are hot and cold pool which i prefer hot pool. front beach are very clean and lots of wild life there. if you are looking for a place to visit and feel relax while you are at hua hin - no place else can beat interconticental.

room, location, cosy atmosphere, staffs
we like intercontinental hua hin very much. the first time we step into the hotel we smell cosy atmosphere which come from plumeria trees. welcome drinks were herb juice which very tasty. room was loaded with local fruits and snacks. our room was able to see the sea clearly, we really like it. the bed is fantastic, we called it sleepy bed because we fell asleep all the time whenever we lend on it. there are lots of things to say but i highly recommend you to try to stay at this hotel - one night never enough!
