How to use it after booking online

Use JR Pass:

Before entering Japan, book a JR pass at Klook. Please select a date to leave for Japan when making a reservation and enter additional information. Please pick up the voucher by mail delivery or by direct mail.

When selecting 'mail delivery', Klook will ship the voucher to the address you entered within seven business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you select 'Direct Receipt', please visit the designated place within the time available to receive the voucher.

After arriving in Japan, present your voucher and passport at the JR office located at the airport or at a major train station and exchange them with JR Pass.

After receiving the JR pass, you can board unlimitedly within the expiration date.

Precautions for Use:

The voucher is valid for three months from the date of issue. Please exchange your voucher with a JR pass within 3 months of the issue date.

The JR pass must be used within one month of receipt.

The seat can be selected after exchanging the voucher with a JR pass.

You have to make a seat reservation through the JR staff at the local ticket office in Japan.
