Hotel Pickup Information:

Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the pickup time. The shuttle bus is waiting for up to 10 minutes. No-show or late refund is not allowed.

If you are unable to arrive on time due to personal reasons or if the shuttle bus does not arrive after 5 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, please contact the driver immediately or call the emergency contact number.
