We use this service together, so please understand that unexpected delays may occur during the pickup.

Airport - Hotel (Airport Pickup)
The driver waits for up to 2 hours based on the arrival time of the flight at no additional charge.
Find the driver holding a picket with the name of the reservation at the arrival hall.
Please present the voucher and valid ID to the driver.

Hotel - Airport (Hotel Pickup)
The driver will inform you of the pickup time 1 day before departure.
The driver is waiting for 20 minutes without any extra charge.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
Please present the voucher and valid ID to the driver.

Additional charges:
If you add standard baggage, you will incur an additional USD 5 charge per baggage. Please pay the surcharge directly to the driver.

Children's Ticket: Age 4-11
Infants and children aged 0-3 can board for free.
The service will be cancelled if a minimum of 2 passengers are not filled on the day of pickup. We are sending you a cancellation email two days before the tour date you specified by Klook.
Children's car seats are available free of charge upon request. Please enter the required number of children's car seats when making a reservation.
Children's car seats may be rejected due to limited supply.
Please enter the correct number of passengers and the quantity of luggage when making a reservation to avoid overloading.
When you arrive, find the employee holding the picket with the name of the reservation.
If it does not arrive within the specified waiting time, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be possible.
