Experience the beautiful marine life of Puerto Princesa. Honda Bay, located on the eastern coast of Puerto Princesa, invites several small islands along with resorts and beaches.
It is also home to a variety of fish, corals, and huge clams.
Start your half-hour journey from the city to Barangay Station.
Lourdes is home to the Honda Bay Pier. Stop for a moment to rent snorkels, aqua shoes and pins before boarding the boat. When you board the boat, you will go to three different places, each with its unique charm and characteristics.
The first destination is Luli Island. The sandbar was named after the Filipino word "Lulubog at Lilithaw," meaning it appears and disappears in the water.
This sandbar disappears when the tide is high and appears when the tide is low.
It has creamy sand like powder and clean blue water, making it a perfect place for swimming and relaxation.
There is a cocktail bar where you can sample local drinks.And there's a diving platform where you can dive into the water.
The next destination is the Pambato Reef. This reef is a famous snorkeling spot in the Honda Bay. It is an average depth of 13 meters and a large area of 160,000 square meters, forming a thriving colony of fish including branches, ear corals, and Lapu Lapu (grupers), scales, and butterfly fish.
Finally, you will travel to Cowrie Island and spend some time. Buffet-style lunches are served on the island and the clear, blue sea and powdery sand are perfect for snorkeling and sunbathing.
There is a massage center where you can leave your body to a comfortable massage. The day's schedule will be finished around 2:30 p.m. When you come back to the dock, you meet the driver and come back to the hotel.
