breakfast, service and location for refineries
i stayed in Ulsan for 4 nights and the lotte hotel was very comfortable if you just want somewhere to easily commute to the industrial zone from. Busan is a far nicer and more scenic city but adds around 30-40 mins to the commute depending on traffic. The hotel breakfast is excellent and the surrounding area is quite lively with many coffee shops and restaurants.

Staff, location and room
Wonderful staff assistance during my stay. I was sick and they are very nice to find out if they can provide anything. Unfortunately, the hotel is not equipped with a thermometer, which is quite surprising.

Room are great, wonderful location and very friendly staff
I have been travelling every now and then to Ulsan, and I always stayed at Lotte. There is no reason for me to pick on at all. All except for one, they are having renovations for the past few months. Even then, I do not get to feel any disturbances at all( except for shortage of rooms) as I am out during the day on business.

Location
Had a nice stay here. It's pricey for what you get but it's the only nice hotel in Ulsan. Rooms are spacious and you really can't beat the location. The reataurant buffet has a great variety of tasty food and the sauna is great too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is not on a budget. It's right next to the intercity bus terminal and two major department stores. Tons of shopping!

Newly renovated and very impressive room interior design
The hotel has recently refurbished their rooms and it exceeded my expectation upon my arrival at the hotel. Very satisfied with the overall stay.
